OUR TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM PROVIDES AFFORDABLE AND DEPENDABLE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IN SULLIVAN COUNTY. IN FY 16 WE PROVIDED SERVICES THROUGH 3 MAJOR CORRIDORS AND ALSO PROVIDED DEMAND RESPONSE (DIAL-A-RIDE) SERVICES. ALSO IN FY 16 WE OFFERED RIDES THROUGH A VOLUNTEER DRIVER PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS US TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN SULLIVAN COUNTY WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS OUR OTHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
THE FAMILY SERVICES PROGRAM OFFERS A VARIETY OF SERVICES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HEALTHY FAMILIES. PROGRAMS INCLUDE: COURT DIVERSION, PARENTING-WISELY, SMOKING CESSATION, ALCOHOL AND DRUG EDUCATION AND MEDIATION. DURING 2016, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SULLIVAN COUNTY DECISION TO INCORPORATE FAMILY SERVICE PROGRAMS INTO THE PUBLIC HEALTH NETWORK, THE ORGANIZATION TERMINATED THIS PROGRAM.
