PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF HEARTLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL 47-0768292 THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR: CHARITABLE; RELIGIOUS; AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHALL BE OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF HEARTLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL, OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "HLHS"). THE FOUNDATION SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY, WHICH SHALL CAUSE IT TO BECOME INELIGIBLE FOR TAX EXEMPTION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE STATE OF NEBRASKA. AID AND ASSIST HLHS BY AND THROUGH THE SOLICITATION OF GIFTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, FUNDS AND BEQUESTS OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTIES, AND BE HELD AND ADMINISTERED AS PRINCIPAL AND TRUSTEE, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OFHLHS AND SUCH OTHER RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DETERMINES. FOSTER AND SUPPORT CHRISTIAN EDUCATION.
