PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF HEARTLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL 47-0768292 THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR: CHARITABLE; RELIGIOUS; AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHALL BE OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF HEARTLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL, OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "HLHS"). THE FOUNDATION SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY, WHICH SHALL CAUSE IT TO BECOME INELIGIBLE FOR TAX EXEMPTION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE STATE OF NEBRASKA.
