LIMF IS DEVOTED TO INSPIRE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT FOR THE NASSAU UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, A. HOLLY PATTERSON SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, AND REGIONAL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS BY RAISING AWARENESS OF THE ROLES OF THESE PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS AS THE REGION'S HEALTH CARE SAFETY NET FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE POPULATIONS.
