THE MISSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGIATE LICENSING ASSOCIATION IS TO FOSTER THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL STANDARDS WHILE PROVIDING COLLEGIATE LICENSING PRACTITIONERS A BROAD RANGE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

ICLA ANNUAL CONVENTION HELD IN ORLANDO, FL IN JUNE OF 2023 - 138 MEMBERS ATTENDED. PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES TO EXCHANGE IDEAS IN AN OPEN FORUM.


WINTER SYMPOSIUM IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY WAS HELD FROM FEBRUARY 28TH TO MARCH 2ND 2023. PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PREVIEW THE LATEST PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN COLLEGIATE LICENSING.


MENTORSHIP PROGRAM: THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO OFFER ICLA MEMBERS AN ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY THROUGH A FORMAL PROGRAM SPECIFIC TO THE COLLEGIATE LICENSING INDUSTRY. EACH CANDIDATE (MENTEE) SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM WILL BE PAIRED WITH TWO MENTORS (ONE INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER AND ONE AFFILIATE MEMBER) WHO WILL BE CHARGED WITH SHARING THEIR EXPERIENCES AND HELPING THE MENTEE DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS THAT WILL INCREASE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE INDUSTRY BEYOND SHARING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
