HOMEAID THEN MATCHES THE SERVICE PROVIDER WITH A LOCALBUILDER OR CONTRACTOR, THROUGH AN RFP PROCESS, WHO WILL SUPERVISE AND MANAGE THE BUILDING OF THE PROJECT.
