MULTIFAMILY NW IS COMMITTED TO PROMOTING A HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM FOR RENTAL HOUSING PROVIDERS. WE SPONSOR EDUCATIONAL COURSES, DELIVER THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE REVIEWED SET OF FORMS IN THE STATE, AND ADVOCATE TO LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE INDUSTRY TO ENSURE OUR MEMBERS THE BEST OPERATING ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE.

EDUCATION - PROVIDE EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY (PDX, SWV, WA AND RHOS) ON THE LAWS AND OPERATING ENVIRONMENT OF MULTIFAMILY RENTAL INDUSTRY.


TRADE SHOW - PROVIDE AWARENESS OF SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING INDUSTRY AND PROVIDE EDUCATION ON THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN THE INDUSTRY (SPECTRUM AND MAINTENANCE FAIR).
