KVCOG PROVIDED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE TO THE TOWNS OF BENTON, CHINA, CHELSEA, GARDINER, MADISION, VASSALBORO, WATERVILLE, WINSLOW, WINTHROP. KVCOG ALSO PROVIDED ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO - THE TOWNS OF ANSON, BINGHAM, CHINA, MADISON, ROME, SKOWHEGAN, STARKS, AND ST.
