EXECUTION OF MARKETING SCOPE OF WORK DETAILED IN TOURISM MARKETING GRANT FROM THE MAINE OFFICE OF TOURISM. THE ORGANIZATION WRITES AN APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS TO BE USED IN SUPPORT OF ITS EXEMPT MISSION. GRANT ACTIVITIES INCLUDED DEVELOPING DESTINATION MARKETING MATERIALS, PLACING DESTINATION ADVERTISING IN VARIOUS MEDIA, AND DISTRIBUTION OF VISITOR GUIDES.


THE CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU PRODUCES A VISITORS GUIDE OF THE GREATER PORTLAND AREA. THE GUIDE IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE TO VISITORS AND CONVENTION ATTENDEES.
