TO ASSURE SENIOR ADULTS RECEIVE THE SUPPORT NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT LIVING.

NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY PROVIDES MEALS TO OVER 4,000 ELDERLY PERSONS AT CONGREGATE SITES AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS.
COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDES APPROXIMATELY 8,000 INFORMATION & REFERRAL CONTACTS TO NEARLY 7,000 OLDER AND DISABLED ADULTS.
WE INCREASED CONGREGATE MEAL PROGRAMS AND EXTENDED OUR ADULT DAY PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS LIVING WITH MEMORY LOSS TO FIVE DAYS PER WEEK. WE CONTINUED TO EXPAND OUR SERVICE DELIVERY OFFERINGS FOR MANY OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS AND TRAINING, HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLASSES, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, MONEY MINDERS, AND NUTRITION COUNSELING.
