NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY PROVIDES MEALS TO NEARLY 4,000 ELDERLY PERSONS AT CONGREGATE SITES AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS.
COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDES APPROXIMATELY 8,000 INFORMATION & REFERRAL CONTACTS TO OVER 6,000 OLDER AND DISABLED ADULTS.
WE INCREASED CONGREGATE MEAL PROGRAMS AND REOPENED OUR ADULT DAY PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS LIVING WITH MEMORY LOSS. WE CONTINUED TO EXPAND OUR VIRTUAL SERVICE DELIVERY OFFERINGS FOR MANY OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS AND TRAINING, HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLASSES, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, MONEY MINDERS, AND NUTRITION COUNSELING.
