TO PROVIDE FOR MUTUAL ASSISTANCE, ENJOYMENT, EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL BENEFIT TO ITS MEMBERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC. TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE SPORT AND SAFETY OF MOTORCYCLING. TO PROMOTE THE SAFE USE, OPERATION AND ENJOYMENT OF MOTORCYCLES. TO DEVELOP A FRATERNAL SPIRIT BETWEEN LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

PUBLISH A QUARTERLY MAGAZINE, WHICH IS DISTRIBUTED TO ITS 16,157 MEMBERS.


PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL MEMBER CONVENTION, HOSTED BY ONE OF ITS CHAPTERS. AVERAGE ATTENDANCE IS 1,000-2,000 MEMBERS. DUE TO COVID-19, ATTENDANCE WAS 200 IN 2021. ACTIVITIES AT THE CONVENTION INCLUDED A MOTORCYCLE SAFETY DEMONSTRATION, WHICH HIGHLIGHTS THE SAFE USE OF MOTORCYCLES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.


CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN OF MEMBERS CAN APPLY FOR A $1,000 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP. THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE AWARDED 6 SCHOLARSHIPS IN 2021. AN APPLICATION REQUIREMENT IS THAT THE STUDENT WRITE AN ESSAY.


THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO THE LOCAL CHAPTERS WHO, IN TURN, INTERACT WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THESE ACTIVITIES PROVIDE BENEFIT TO THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERS, ADVANCE THE SPORT OF MOTORCYCLING AND HELP DEVELOP A FRATERNAL SPIRIT BETWEEN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
