JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF MAINE PROACTIVELY PARTNERS WITH BUSINESSES, NON-PROFITS, AND EDUCATORS TO CREATE AND DELIVER QUALITY DRIVEN, IMPACTFUL, RELEVANT EXPERIENCES TO KINDERGARTEN -12TH GRADE STUDENTS STATEWIDE, RESULTING IN ECONOMICALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT CITIZENS CAPABLE OF LEADING CHOICE-FILLED LIVES. COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS BRING JA'S INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS TO LIFE, ADDING IN THEIR UNIQUE LIFE AND WORK EXPERIENCE TO THE LESSONS, AND INSPIRING AND PREPARING STUDENTS TO MAKE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN WHAT THEY ARE LEARNING IN SCHOOL TO A FUTURE CAREER PATH. DURING FY22, JA CONTINUED TO PIVOT THEIR RESOURCES AND MODEL TO HELP EDUCATORS, PARENTS, AND STUDENTS NAVIGATE THE WORLD OF DISTANCE-LEARNING.
