TO SUPPORT THE MID-MAINE COMMUNITY IN PLANNING RESPONSES TO IDENTIFIED NEEDS FOR HUMAN SERVICES; ACCESS PROGRAMS ADDRESSING 1) HEALTH - IMMEDIATE HUMAN NEEDS 2) EDUCATION - STRENGTHENING AND SUPPORTING CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES, AND 3) FINANCIAL STABILITY - PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE; AND TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES ADDRESSING THE EMERGING NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
