THE LEGIONS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO GOD, COUNTRY, AND FAMILY. WE SUPPORT VETERANS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR VETERANS IN NEED AND TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.

The goal of this organization is to provide or coordinate a wide variety of programs and services that meet the needs and interests of the senior population. Also included are organizations that administer funding for senior services under Title III of the Older Americans Act.

FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION TO SERVE MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY

MISSION:

PROVIDE GRANTS TO CANCER PATIENTS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE TREATMENTS OUTSIDE THE SWEETWATER COUNTY, WYOMING AREA. GRANTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO SWEETWATER COUNTY RESIDENTS.

TO ENABLE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS WITH A PAY IT FORWARD ATTITUDE.

TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR HOMELESS ANIMALS WHILE PROMOTING ADOPTION INTO CARING HOMES, AS WELL AS COMMUNITY EDUCATION CONCERNING THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING, VACCINATING AND PROPER PET CARE.

TEMPORARY HOUSING FURNISHED TO YOUTH, REFERRED BY STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES, COURT APPOINTMENTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.

THE ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED TO COLLECT UNION DUES FROM MEMBERS AND USE THOSE DUES FOR MEMBER ACTIVITIES AND TO PROVIDE INCOME DURING STRIKES.

TO SERVE AS A MEMBER INFORMATION SERVICE, TO PROMOTE AREA TOURISM AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND TO COORDINATE AREA EVENTS.
