TO ADVANCE THE PURPOSE OF A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN MAIZE GENETICS, GENOMICS, AND BREEDING RESEARCH, TRAIN AND DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF SCIENTISTS, AND ACCELERATE PROGRESS IN MAIZE RESEARCH THROUGH COLLABORATION AND COOPERATION BY SHARING PUBLISHED AND UNPUBLISHED MATERIALS, DATE, AND IDEAS.

OUR MISSION IS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL AND TO ADVANCE THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSION IN THE GREATER MADISON AREA.

THE INSTITUTE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF BREASTFEEDING AND LACTATION EDUCATION, INC. IS A NONPROFIT MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE AND DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE OF BREASTFEEDING AND HUMAN LACTATION THROUGH THE EDUCATION OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND OTHER COMMUNITY SUPPORTERS, WITH THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF BUILDING BREASTFEEDING-KNOWLEDGEABLE MEDICAL SYSTEMS AND COMMUNITIES.
