WITH THE FACILITY, TOPS IS ALSO ABLE TO PROVIDE YEAR-ROUND TENNIS PROGRAMS, WITHOUT THE RESTRICTIONS OF PACIFIC NORTHWEST WEATHER. THE FACILITY ALSO PROVIDES A SAFE PLACE, INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, FOR KIDS, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL.
