A PATRIOTIC VETERANS SERVICE ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO SPONSORING WHOLESOME PROGRAMS IN OUR COMMUNITY, ADVOCATING PATRIOTISM AND HONOR, MENTORING YOUTH, PROMOTING AMERICANISM, AND CONTINUED DEVOTION TO OUR FELLOW ACTIVE SERVICE MEMBERS AND VETERANS.

OIL SPILL RESPONSE AND PLANNING. PARTICIPATED IN EMERGENCY FIELD RESPONSE DRILLS, ONLINE DRILLS, AND VOLUNTEER TRAINING. TRAINING, EDUCATION & EQUIPMENT. TRAINING SESSIONS/DRILLS. VOLUNTEERS LEARNED THE BASICS OF OIL SPILL CONTAINMENT. REVIEWED SAFETY ISSUES AND DEPLOYED OIL CONTAINMENT BOOM.

IN FISCAL YEAR 2021 ISLAND HAVEN CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SANCTUARY AND REHABILITATION FOR 31 EQUINES AND FARMED ANIMALS WHOSE OWNERS COULD NO LONGER CARE FOR THEM AND THEY WOULD OTHERWISE SUFFERED FROM LACK OF CARE OR HAD THEIR LIVES ENDED UNNECESSARILY.
