THE CORPORATION IS ORAGNIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATION, PUBLIC HEALTH, PUBLIC RECREATION OR OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSE BY CONDUCTING OR SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF OGDEN CITY AND THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROGRAMS, SERVICES, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THIS PURPOSE.

MISSION:

THE DEVELOPMENT FUND WAS ESTABLISHED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THEWEBER COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM. PROVIDE FUNDS FOR CAPITALPROJECTS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, SUPPLES AND OTHEREXPENSES THAT GO BEYOND WEBER COUNTY FUNDING.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HEALTHCARE EDUCATION TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OF PROFESSIONAL ATTENDEES OF THE CONFERENCES SPECIFICALLY AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN GENERAL WILL RECEIVE A COLLEGIAL, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FOCUSED ON HEALTH CARE AND COMMUNITY AT THE GREATEST POSSIBLE VALUE.

The goal of this organization is to promote, produce or provide access to a variety of arts experiences encompassing the visual, media or performing arts.

TO INSPIRE THE GREATER OGDEN COMMUNITY AND ITS VISITORS TO "GET OUT AND LIVE" BY PARTICIPATING, VOLUNTEERING AND SPECTATING AT RECREATIONAL EVENTS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

THE MISSION OF THE FRIENDS OF THE WEBER/MORGAN CHILDREN'S JUSTICE CENTER IS TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO CREATE A CHILD-FRIENDLY, COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT TO REDUCE VICTIM TRAUMA DURING CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATIONS.

THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS WE HAVE SEEN MANY FAMILIES AVOID THE SITUATIONS THAT CAN LEAD TO CHILD ABUSE AND PROVIDE THE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT THEIR CHILDREN NEED. IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT BY REACHING OUT TO FAMILIES IN NEED AND PROVIDING SUPPORT, BY PREVENTING AND ALLEVIATING CHILD ABUSE, WE SAVE OUR STATE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN AFTER-CARE COSTS.
