RUN A LEAGUE OF (2022) 77 INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDE LEAGUE RULES FOR FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING; PROVIDE GOVERNANCE AND PROVIDE A STATE PLAYOFF SYSTEM.
