IN 2004, THE JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF HOUSTON FORMED THE JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF HOUSTON ENDOWMENT FUND (THE FOUNDATION) TO MANAGE, SOLICIT, AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF THE EVELYN RUBENSTEIN JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF HOUSTON.

MISSION:

THE CHURCH WAS ESTABLISHED TO HAVE CHRISTIAN WORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP, BIBLE EDUCATION, MISSIONARY AND SERVICES.

TO FACILITATE THE COLLECTIVE ACTION OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.

TO SET UP 100,000 ONE TEACHER SCHOOL TO PROVIDE FREE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION AND FREE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE TO CHILDREN IN REMOTE AND RURAL INDIA

TO CREATE DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THOSE IN NEED, DEVELOP RESPONSIBLE HOME OWNERSHIP AND MAKE A DECENT SHELTER A MATTER OF CONSCIENCE EVERYWHERE.

CCSC SERVES THE POOR, HUNGRY, DISABLED, AND OTHERWISE NEEDY WHILE RESPECTING THEIR RELIGIOUS, ETHNIC OR CULTURAL DIFFERENCES. CCSC WAS CREATED OUT OF FAITH AND FOUNDED IN THE BELIEF THAT WE ARE CALLED TO HELP ALL GOD'S CHILDREN HEART TO HEART AND HAND IN HAND.
