NON PROFIT SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS OF ANY RACE OR CREED, DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A MONTESSORI EDUCATION AND LEARNING EXPERIENCE FROM PRE-SCHOOL TO HIGH SCHOOL FOR APPROX 350 STUDENTS

THE COALITION FOR THE HOMELESS OF HOUSTON/HARRIS COUNTY ACTS AS A CATALYST, UNITING PARTNERS AND MAXIMIZING RESOURCES TO MOVE PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.

FUND FOR TEACHERS STRENGTHENS INSTRUCTION BY INVESTING IN OUTSTANDING TEACHERS' SELF-DETERMINED PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN ORDER TO SUPPORT STUDENT SUCCESS, ENRICH THEIR OWN PRACTICE, AND STRENGTHEN THEIR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES.

THE TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE COMPANY AND PARTICIPANT CONTRIBUTIONS AND TO PAY FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY, THEIR BENEFICIARIES OR ESTATES.
