THE TEXAS COALITION FOR ANIMAL PROTECTION (TCAP) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES COMPASSIONATE SOLUTIONS TO PET OVERPOPULATION AND COMMUNITY ANIMAL WELFARE. TCAP ACCOMPLISHES THIS GOAL BY MAKING AFFORDABLE, HIGH QUALITY STERILIZATION AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO TEXAS PET OWNERS.

TRUST IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERFORMING ARTS FORT WORTH, INC. IT WILL PROVIDE FUNDS FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
