JFC INC'S BASIC MISSION IS TO CARE FOR THOSE UNABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES. JFC WAS CHARTERED IN 1892 TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR ELDERLY WIDOWS AND ORPHANED CHILDREN. SINCE THEN ITS PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED AND EXPANDED TO MEET THE CHANGING NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
