FUNDING IS MADE POSSIBLE BY INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS, AND BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF THEIR COMMUNITY THROUGH SPONSORSHIPS. THE PURPOSE OF THE COASTAL BEND WILDLIFE PHOTO CONTEST IS TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF COOPERATION AMONG BUSINESSES, PRIVATE LAND OWNERS, WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHERS AND THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF THE NEED FOR CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE AND HABITAT IN 14 COUNTIES SURROUNDING CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS. THE PHOTO CONTEST SUPPORTS PROGRAMS THAT ARE AIMED AT BRINGING AWARENESS TO YOUTH ABOUT THE VASTNESS AND VARIETY OF
