UNITED NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH SERVICES, INC. OPERATES HEALTH CARE CENTERS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE IN DAVIDSON AND WILSON COUNTIES. THE CENTER PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF HEALTH SERVICES TO A LARGELY MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATION.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF NASHVILLE IS AN ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN COMMITTED TO PROMOTING VOLUNTEERISM, DEVELOPING THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN AND IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH EFFECTIVE ACTION AND LEADERSHIP OF TRAINED VOLUNTEERS.

FURTHER, THE PROPERTIES TRUST HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO BE A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTON 509(A)(3) OF THE CODE (A 'SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION') AND, MORE SPECIFICALLY, A TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3)(B)(I) OF THE CODE (A 'TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION') WITH RESPECT TO MTC.
