RHONEYMEADE INSPIRES AND ENRICHES OUR COMMUNITY AS IT FOSTERS THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE, ART, NATURE, AND AGRICULTURE IN OUR CONSERVED HISTORIC RURAL LANDSCAPE.UNDER DATE OF 08.26.2022 THE IRS ADVISED THE ORGANIZATION THAT ITS PRIVATE FOUNDATION STATUS WAS TERMINATED UNDER SECTION 507(B)(1)(B) AND THAT ITS STATUS HAS BEEN RECLASSIFIED AS A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER SECTION 170(B)(1)(A)(VI) EFFECTIVE AS OF JANUARY 1, 2017. AND THAT, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES AS EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) FILING FORM 990, 990-EZ OR 990-N. DLN 29053074317002.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR AND MONITOR ANIMAL SHELTERS.

The goal of this organization is to develop, maintain and make available to the general public recreational areas which are equipped with athletic fields and courts, campgrounds, picnic areas and a variety of recreational trails such as bridle trails, hiking trails, off-the-road vehicle trails and snowmobile trails.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

CONDUCT ANNUAL SPRING ND FALL ANTIQUE SHOWS FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF PROMOTINGAND PRESERVING ANTIQUE MACHINERY.

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect endangered land resources from indiscriminate development, destruction or decay and which manage the utilization of renewable and nonrenewable resources to ensure ongoing availability. Included are conservation of the nations forests, rangeland, vegetation, deserts, wild and scenic rivers and other wilderness areas and open land spaces; and reestablishment of areas that have been devastated by destructive activities such as strip mining or other destructive activities.

MISSION:

THE HUNDRED CAT FOUNDATION SHALL SUPPORT HUMANE AND COMPETENT CARE OF DOMESTIC COMPANION ANIMALS, INCLUDING THE RESCUE OF ANIMALS AT RISK BECAUSE OF LACK OF FOOD, ADEQUATE SHELTER, OR OTHER RISK FACTORS; THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE VETERINARY CARE FOR THOSE ANIMALS; THE PROVISION OF FOOD AND SHELTER FOR THOSE ANIMALS; SOCIALIZATION OF THOSE DEEMED APPROPRIATE FOR ADOPTION AND OUTREACH TO FIND HOMES FOR THOSE ANIMALS; OUTREACH TO FIND ALTERNATIVE SAFE ENVIRONMENTS FOR THOSE ANIMALS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE FOR ADOPTION. WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT PROPER CARE AND TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC COMPANIONS, INCLUDING FERAL CATS, PARTICULARLY WITH REGARD TO SPAYING OR NEUTERING THE ANIMAL. WE DO AND WILL FACILITATE THE SPAYING OR NEUTERING OF FERAL AND BARN CATS.

TO OPERATE BASEBALL LEAGUES AND TEAMS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AS BASEBALL PLAYERS.
