OUR ACADEMIES MODEL WAS DESIGNED TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH HANDS-ON TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS TO HELP THEM ADVANCE TO GRADUATION AND POST-SECONDARY SUCCESS ON THEIR PERSONAL JOURNEY.

HORIZON SCIENCE ACADEMY CLEVELAND MIDDLE IS A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL THAT SERVING GRADES 6 THROUGH 8 FOR CHILDREN IN CLEVELAND, OH. THE SCHOOL IS A COLLEGE PREP SCHOOL FOCUSING ON MATH, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION.

TO SUPPORT THE MISSION AND MINISTRY OF THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, JOSEPH AND MARY'S HOME PROVIDES MEDICAL RESPITE TO HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN THROUGH TEMPORARY EMERGENCY SHELTER AND ASSISTS THEM IN ACHIEVING MEDICAL STABILITY AND PERMANENT HOUSING.
