CLEVELAND EYE BANK FOUNDATION (CEBF) RAISES FUNDS FOR RESEARCH TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE SIGHT, AND TO SUPPORT AND DELIVER COMMUNITY AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION. CEBF WILL BE RECOGNIZED FOR BEING AT THE FOREFRONT IN FUNDING VISION RESEARCH AND SUPPORTING PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION IN NORTHEAST OHIO, LEADING TO IMPACTFUL RESULTS THAT ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY.

TOTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN (THCP) IS A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF NORTHEAST OHIO NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH SERVICES. THCP'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR NORTHEAST OHIO NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH SERVICES' OPERATIONS.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE CULTURALLY RELEVANT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICE TO YOUTH, ADULTS AND FAMILIES THROUGHOUT NORTHEAST OHIO. SERVICES ARE PRIMARILY TO THE FEMALE POPULATION.

PROVIDE FUNDING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SMALL AND MINORITY DISADVANTAGE BUSINESSES.

TMS WEST, WHOLLY OWNED BY THE MUSIC SETTLEMENT, WAS INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF OHIO AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW- INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESS PARTICIPATING IN A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT (NMTC) REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON CLEVELAND'S WEST SIDE. TMS WEST OWNS A COMMERCIAL UNIT IN A NEW MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTED IN 2018. UNDER A LONG-TERM AGREEMENT TMS WEST LEASES ITS FACILITY TO THE MUSIC SETTLEMENT FOR OPERATING ITS PROGRAMS ON CLEVELAND'S WEST SIDE. THE MUSIC SETTLEMENT'S PROGRAMS AT THIS LOCATION INCLUDE EARLY CHILDHOOD, MUSIC LESSONS AND MUSIC THERAPY SERVICES.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to administer centralized fundraising efforts and then in turn distribute the contributed funds to several nonprofit agencies. United Way and community chests or funds, the United Jewish Appeal and other religious appeals are examples of federated giving programs. (rev. 1/05)
