PRE-K - 2ND PARENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES TARGETING THE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO HELP THEM OBTAIN TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO OBTAIN HIGHER PAYING JOBS GEARED AT BRINGING CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY. 4.
