The goal of this organization is to operate associations for male and female students which are chapters of national or international organizations, have secret rites and restricted membership, and may undertake, as a part of their activities, community improvement or charitable projects.

FEMI PRIMARY PROGRAMS INCLUDE: 1. INFANT MORTALITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING. 2. PARENT AND YOUTH EDUCATION: CHILDREN OF INCARCERATED PARENTS, CREATING LASTING FAMILY CONNECTION, COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE: COMMUNITY IMPLEMENTATION COLLABORATIVE GRANT. GRANT FOCUSED ON EDUCATING PARENTS AND YOUTH WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WITH A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND ON UNDERSTANDING HOW FAMILY HISTORY AFFECTS THEM AND HOW TO OVERCOME THE TRAUMA OF THE PAST. 3. PRE-K - 2ND PARENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES TARGETING THE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO HELP THEM OBTAIN TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO OBTAIN HIGHER PAYING JOBS GEARED AT BRINGING CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY. 4. The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).
