WITH EFFECTIVE REVENUE MANAGEMENT, CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT AND REAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY, NATURAL RESOURCE WEALTH CAN DRIVE DEVELOPMENT AND NATIONAL GROWTH.
