FOUNDED IN 1916, WE ARE A NON-PARTISAN, NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITY HOLDING 501 (C) (3) TAX-EXEMPT STATUS IN THE UNITED STATES.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

TO MANAGE NINE LOCAL UNIONS; TO NEGOTIATE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE UNIONS' MEMBERSHIP; TO PROTECT THE JURISDICTION AND SCOPE OF THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE UNIONS' MEMBERS; TO ORGANIZE LABOR STRIKES, DEMONSTRATIONS AND PICKETING ON BEHALF OF ORGANIZED LABOR; TO ADMINISTER APPRENTICE TRAINING PROGRAMS; AND TO PROVIDE SALARIES AND BENEFITS TO THE OFFICERS AND BUSINESS AGENTS OF ITS AFFILIATED UNIONS.

THE CATHOLIC LEAGUE WORKS TO SAFEGUARD BOTH THE RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RIGHTS AND THE FREE SPEECH RIGHTS OF CATHOLICS WHENEVER AND WHEREVER THEY ARE THREATENED.

The goal of this organization is to enable students who demonstrate financial need to obtain the financial assistance they require to meet their educational and living expenses while in school.

THE MISSION OF PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS IS TO DEVELOP OUTSTANDING CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS THAT PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE ACADEMIC PREPARATION, VALUES, AND SKILLS THEY NEED TO LEAD FULFILLING, PRODUCTIVE LIVES. THE PARTNERSHIP SUPPORTS ITS SEVEN SCHOOLS OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF NEW YORK IN FOUR MAIN AREAS: NEEDS-BASED TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS; PROGRAMMATIC AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT; ADMINISTRATIVE, EDUCATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES; AND CAPITAL REPAIR GRANTS. THE PARTNERSHIP WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE A STABLE AND LONGER-TERM SOURCE OF SUPPORT FOR SCHOOLS SERVING HIGH PERCENTAGES OF FAMILIES EXPERIENCING POVERTY, AND IS OPERATED INDEPENDENTLY FROM THE ARCHDIOCESE OF NEW YORK. BEGINNING THIS YEAR, THE PARTNERSHIP WILL ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO TWO SCHOOLS IN THE DIOCESE OF CLEVELAND.

PROVIDES THE STATE OF ISRAEL'S PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY NEEDS, INCLUDING MEDICAL, DISASTER, AND AMBULANCE AND BLOOD SERVICES. BUILDS OR RENOVATES EMERGENCY MEDICAL STATIONS THROUGHOUT ISRAEL, SUPPORTS THE MDA NATIONAL BLOOD SERVICE CENTER, AND SUPPLIES MDA WITH A WIDE RANGE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT, AMBULANCES, MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE UNITS, AND BLOOD MOBILES.
