RABBI ISAAC ELCHANAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY PROVIDES RABBINICAL AND JUDAIC STUDY PROGRAMS TO APPROX. 270 SEMINARY STUDENTS AS WELL AS COMMUNITY LEARNING & LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS
