TO INCREASE ACCESS TO QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING BY SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF UNITS BEING RENOVATED AND CONSTRUCTED EVERY YEAR, ENHANCE NEIGHBORHOOD FABRIC BY COORDINATING INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND REHABILITATE VACANT LOTS, PREVENT GENTRIFICATION AND DISPLACEMENT OF RESIDENTS BY ENSURING AFFORDABILITY OF BOTH RENTAL AND HOMEOWNER HOUSING UNITS, AND TO ACT AS A LAND BANK TO ACQUIRE VACANT HOUSING AND LOTS AND STABILIZE THEM IN PREPARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT.

COMPASS HOUSE IS A SHELTER AND RESOURCE CENTER FOR RUNAWAY AND HOMELESS YOUTH.

TST OFFERS BOTH ORIGINAL DRAMA AND NEW INTERPRETATIONS OF EXESTING PLAYS. USING VIVID IMAGERY THAT BOTH ENTERTAINS AND CHALLENGES THE AUDIENCE'S THEATRICAL EXPECTATIONS, TST FULLY INCORPORATES OTHER ARTS DISCIPLINES - EG, MEDIA, MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS - INTO OUR DESIGN AESTHETIC.
