THE MISSION OF NORTHLAND IS TO ADVANCE THE ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF WESTERN NEW YORK BY DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING A SKILLED AND DIVERSE WORKFORCE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING AND ENERGY SECTORS, WHILE PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO JOB SEEKERS AS WELL AS PATHWAYS TO GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT, CAREER ADVANCEMENT AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY.

MISSION:

THE BUFFALO YACHT CLUB IS A SOCIAL CLUB. THE CLUB PROVIDES MEMBERS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR GUESTS WITH FACILTIES WHICH ENCOURAGE AND DEVELOP YACHTING AND OTHER AQUATIC SPORTS, AS WELL AS OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT. THE BUFFALO YACHT CLUB IS THE ONLY TWELVE-MONTH, PRIVATE YACHT CLUB THAT ENJOYS TWO LOCATIONS IN TWO COUNTRIES AND IS SAID TO BE THE 3RD OLDEST YACHT CLUB IN AMERICA, BEING FORMED IN 1860.

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, loans, loan guarantees or other forms of management support to help impoverished urban communities create local jobs, sustain local services and build healthier local economies.

TO SUPPORT AT-RISK YOUNG WOMEN TO ACHIEVE INDEPENDENCE TWO GENERATIONS AT A TIME. HOMESPACE STRIVES TO BE THE PREMIER AGENCY IN WESTERN NEW YORK THAT PROVIDES SERVICES FOR AT-RISK WOMEN AND EMPOWERS THEM TO BE INDEPENDENT MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

COMMITTED TO A COMMON MISSION, THE PROVIDERS OF MERCY HOME CARE CONTINUE THE HEALING MINISTRY OF JESUS, SEEKING TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES. TO PROMOTE REHABILITATION OF MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS BY MATCHING COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS WITH THEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS TO IMPROVE PERSONAL SKILLS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

GSA REPRESENTS THE GRADUATE STUDENTS AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT BUFFALO, AS THEIR VOICE TO THE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION, FACULTY AND STAFF AS WELL AS THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL.GSA SERVES THE GRADUATE STUDENTS BY SPONSORING CLUBS AND OFFERING ACTIVITIES, SERVICES AND EVENTS THAT FACILITATE AND PROMOTE EDUCATION OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM.GSA ENGAGES THE GRADUATE STUDENTS BY SPONSORING CLUBS AND OFFERING ACTIVITIES, SERVICES AND EVENTS OF A RECREATIONAL, ENTERTAINING OR SOCIAL NATURE.

The goal of this organization is to provide educational services including special placement and individualized programming, instruction and support services for children and youth who are gifted or have disabilities and require appropriately modified curricula, teaching methodologies and instructional materials in order to learn.
