ON DECEMBER 31, 2017, ALTRU HEALTH RESOURCES TERMINATED BY MERGING INTO ALTRU HEALTH SYSTEM. SEE ATTACHED "ARTICLES OF MERGER MERGING ALTRU HEALTH RESOURCES WITH AND INTO ALTRU HEALTH SYSTEM."
