CHATHAM COUNTY ARTS COUNCIL NURTURES CREATIVE THINKERS IN CHATHAM COUNTY. THE COUNCIL DOES THIS IN TWO WAYS: INVEST IN ARTISTS AND EDUCATE KIDS THROUGH THE ARTS.
