IN CABARRUS AND ROWAN COUNTIES OF NORTH CAROLINA, WE PARTNER WITH OTHER SENIOR SERVING ORGANIZATIONS TO HELP ALLEVIATE ISOLATION AMONG OLDER ADULTS; PROVIDE PURPOSEFUL ACTIVITIES; HELP OLDER ADULTS IN NEED TO AGE SAFELY IN PLACE AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND PROGRAMS THAT ARE BOTH PRACTICAL AND ENCOURAGING.
