THE WCVFD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE PROTECTION, EMS MEDICAL RESPONDER SERVICES, LIGHT DUTY EXTRACTION SERVICE, AND INITIAL MITIGATION OF ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY INCIDENTS CAUSED BY MAN OR ACTS OF NATURE IN THE WHITE CROSS FIRE DISTRICT.

TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EYE CARE IN GHANA AND HONDURAS BY PROVIDING BASIC EYE SERVICES AND TRAINING OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS. CEM ALSO CONDUCTS RESEARCH PROJECTS FOCUSED ON COMMON EYE DISEASES IN THESE POPULATIONS.
