SREHC'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO HOLD TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY AND REMIT INCOME LESS CASH RESERVES TO STOWERS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INC. ("SRM"), ITS EXEMPT PARENT.

BLUE HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, INC. IS ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI AND RECOGNIZED BY THE IRS AS A SECTION 501C(7) ORGANIZATION. THE CLUB PROVIDES FULL SERVICE GOLF, TENNIS, SWIMMING, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CLUB.
