WE HAVE A 9-MEMBER CHINESE ADVISORY GROUP AND A 9-MEMBER HMONG ADVISORY GROUP TO ADVISE THE BOARD TO ENSURE CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL AUTHENTICITY.
