MARTIN COUNTY SUBSTANCE ABUSE COALITION'S (MCSAP) MISSION IS TO PREVENT UNDERAGE USE AND ABUSE OF ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, AND OTHER DRUGS IN MARTIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA. MCSAP PRIMARILY WORKS TO SHARE RESOURCES, IDEAS AND INFORMATION TO RAISE COMMUNITY AWARENESS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE PREVENTION.
