TO OPERATE A TULIP TIME FESTIVAL, WHICH CELEBRATES AND COMMEMORATES THE HOLLAND, MICHIGAN AREA'S DUTCH HERITAGE AND THE TULIP.

AT TIMES, A PARTICULAR LIVING SITUATION MAY THREATEN A PERSON'S ABILITY TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND SOBER LIFESTYLE. THE ENVIRONMENT PROVIDED IS CONDUCIVE TO BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR A NEW WAY OF LIFE.
