TO PROVIDE YEAR-ROUND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR BASEBALL/SOFTBALL PLAYERS OF ALL ABILITIES, SO THEY DEVELOP THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO BECOME THE BEST PLAYERS THEY CAN BE IN A FAMILY-FRIENDLY FACILITY.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED WITHIN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE TO CONDUCT A MUNICIPAL CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAM FOR WHICH ANY CITY OF HOLLAND HOMEOWNER CAN QUALIFY. A SUBSIDY IS PROVIDED FOR HOME ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS, AS WELL AS LOW INTEREST LOANS WITH LIMITED BARRIERS TO QUALIFY.

THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS. VARIOUS SERVICES AND FACILITIES ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERSHIP.
