THE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS FORMED ARE ; THE FAMILY ASSESSMENT CLINIC IS A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SERVICES TO CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY CHILD MALTREATMENT, WE CONDUCT ASSESSMENTS AIMED AT EVALUATING SITUATIONS INVOLVING POSSIBLE ON ACTUAL CHILD MALTREATMENT PROVIDE ON-GOING TREATMENT FOR OUR TARGET POPULATION, COMPLETE CASE RECORD REVIEWS OF COMPLEX CHILD WELFARE CASES, AND TRAIN STUDENT IN THE DISCIPLINES OF SOCIAL WORK PSYCHOLOGY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE CHILD WELFARE PROFESSION.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM PROVIDING SERVICE TO OVER 300 YOUTH AGES 10 TO 18 IN ALL LEVELS OF ABILITY.

THE MICHIGAN ROWING ASSOCIATION (MRA) IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT PRIMARILY FURTHERS AND SUPPORTS THE SPORT OF ROWING FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN ROWING TEAM (UMRT), AND SUPPORTS ROWING IN THE ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION IS TIED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN ROWING TEAM IN THAT THE INCOME INCURRED BY THE PROGRAM FALLS UNDER THE AUSPICES OF MRA. MRA WAS FORMED SINCE IT WAS SEEN AS A MORE STABLE ORGANIZATION THAN UMRT. FOR LIABILITY REASONS MRA DOES NOT HOLD THE TITLE TO THE UMRT EQUIPMENT. ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED IN RELATION TO UMRT IS IMMEDIATELY DONATED TO UMRT. MRA COLLECTS PROGRAM SERVICE FEES TO PAY FOR THE COACHES, EQUIPMENT, AND FOR INSURANCE.

TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH GLASS RECYCLING THROUGH EDUCATION, GRANT MAKING AND CREATING PILOT PROGRAMS FOR EFFECTIVE GLASS RECYCLING WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER TRADE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE GLASS RECYCLING VALUE CHAIN.

THE WASHTENAW AREA APARTMENT ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED TO ADVANCE, ASSIST, FOSTER AND PROMOTE GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE RENTAL HOUSING INDUSTRY.
