HIGHLAND VALLEY ELDER SERVICES HELPS ELDERS LIVE AT HOME SAFELY AND INDEPENDENTLY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND ACCESS TO A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF SERVICES.
