TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AT THE LOWELL COMMUNITY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL. THE LOWELL COMMUNITY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL WAS ESTABLISHED TO PREPARE A DIVERSE CROSS-SECTION OF CHILDREN OF LOWELL, MASSACHUSETTS FOR SUCCESS AS STUDENTS, CITIZENS AND WORKERS BY PROVIDING A COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULUM IN A SUPPORTIVE AND CHALLENGING MULTI-CULTURAL LEARNIG ENVIRONMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO LEASES THE BUILDING AND GROUNDS TO THE SCHOOL THROUGH AN ANNUAL BOARD APPROVED LEASE AGREEMENT.

CONSTRUCT DEVELOPS OR MANAGES AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND A CONTINUUM OF OTHER HOUSING OPTIONS WITH RELATED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE HOMELESS.

TO PROMOTE A WIDE RANGE OF HISTORICAL PRESERVATION ACTIVITIES IN THE TOWN OF HINGHAM.

DEVELOP, SPONSOR AND PROMOTE SERVICE AND PROGRAMS SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF MELROSEWAKEFIELD HEALTHCARE, INC. (HOSPITAL) AND ITS RELATED ORGANIZATIONS. THESE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC OR EDUCATIONAL.
