CEDAR WOOD PROGRAMS EMPOWER WOMEN TO FIND MEANING AND PURPOSE IN WORK; PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND MENTORING TO YOUNG GIRLS, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS, AS WELL AS WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND IN ALL PHASES OF PROFESSIONAL AND FAMILY LIFE; POSITIONS WOMEN TO SERVE AND LEAD IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND FIELDS OF PROFESSIONAL WORK. SPECIFIC PROGRAMS INCLUDE: MEDICAL INTEREST GROUP, MEDICAL CAREER SEMINAR, BEACON LEADERSHIP BOSTON WHICH INCLUDES SERVICE AND DESIGN THINKING FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, JUNIOR ART OF LIVING AND OCCASIONAL SPEAKER SERIES.
