DEVELOP AFFORDABLE HOUSING- CMHDC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES MISSION IS TO RETAIN AND DEVELOP PROPERTIES WITH BOTH AFFORDABLE AND MARKET RATE HOUSING OUTSIDE THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

TO PROVIDE BI-LITERATE EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTHS, GRADES K-8.

IMPROVEMENT OF WORKERS CONDITIONS, WAGES AND BENEFITS. PERIODICALLY MEET WITH CONTRACTORS, AT WORKSITES, AND WITH MEMBERS TO MAINTAIN WORKERS' PAY, BENEFITS, WORKING CONDITIONS.

THE MISSION OF THE DANIEL MURPHY SCHOLARSHIP FUND IS TO GIVE HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT TO CHICAGO STUDENTS FROM ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS. THE FUND SEEKS TO MAKE A LIFE-ALTERING DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF ITS SCHOLARS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH THE BEST OPPORTUNITY TO SUCCEED IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE.

THE AUDITORIUM THEATRE OF ROOSEVELT UNIVERSITY, AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, IS COMMITTED TO PRESENTING THE FINEST IN INTERNATIONAL, CULTURAL, COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING TO CHICAGO AND TO THE CONTINUED RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE NATIONAL HISTORIC LANDMARK AUDITORIUM THEATRE.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).
