THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING HEALTH PROMOTING INFORMATION AND DISEASE PREVENTION MATERIALS TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO USE DRUGS AND EDUCATING COMMUNITY MEMBERS ABOUT HARM REDUCTION AND HEALTH AND SAFETY RELATED TO INJECTION DRUG USE.

BYAHA IS THE PARENT ORGANIZATION OF THE JUNIOR STEELHEADS YOUTH HOCKEY TEAMS AND IS A MEMBER OF THE IDAHO AMATEUR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION AND USA HOCKEY. BYAHA IS A 501(C)(3) NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR COMMUNITY'S TALENTED AND COMMITTED PLAYERS TO GAIN THE MAXIMUM BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN A COMPETITIVE SPORTS PROGRAM. THE BYAHA ENDORSES THE CORE VALUES OF USA HOCKEY: SPORTSMANSHIP, RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, INTEGRITY, PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE, ENJOYMENT, LOYALTY, AND TEAMWORK. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
