LOGAN COUNTY IS A RURAL AREA LOCATED IN SOUTHERN KENTUCKY. AS IS COMMON FOR MANY RURAL COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED STATES, LOGAN COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS FACE WIDESPREAD DRUG ABUSE RELATED TO THE OPIOID CRISIS IN THIS COUNTRY. THIS DRUG ADDICTION EPIDEMIC HAS HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY, BURDENING THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, BU
