AT LEAST 20% OF THE UNITS SHALL BE OCCUPIED BY HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 50% OF AREA MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME AND THE REMAINING UNITS OCCUPIED BY HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 60% OF AREA MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME, AS PUBLISHED BY HUD.
